It's been two months!

It has been a long long time since I last made a post. I have been pretty fascinated with Facebook. So here are some more pictures.

Just something that came to me the other night at 3 in the morning. I call it "Dirty Money."

Got lucky with this one. Managed to get the base of the bridge and the para-sailors in the same frame.

Finally, the Palace of Fine Arts. Love that place.

More later.

Old Time Dallas

Hello out there to my fan(s), and by that I mean hello Jess. It has been more than a month since my last post. I was able to go home for Thanksgiving and have a short respite from the all encompassing search for employment. It was a good trip and I got to take quite a few pictures.

I decided to try to capture some of the sights of Dallas that have been there for a long time, but might not be there much longer. There is so much building and change that many of these places will probably be deleted from the city.

For those who care, probably not Jess, these images are HDR images. I know that the first picture of the Dallas sign is actually pretty new, but I though it made a decent HDR image, so I included in anyway.

The Dallas Sign

The Blue Garden (turned out pretty cool)

Fox Theater

The Gail Hotel

Just One of the Facades in Downtown

The Polk County Courthouse

The Park Bridge

The Old Swimming Pool

Whitworth Elementary

Nope! This one is...

And what I mean is the "best photo ever" taken by me. There was a guy who took pictures of Yosemite, etc. who has a leg up on these photos. Still, I made a pretty.:)

Best Photo Ever?!?

Mom & Dad

Well, Mom and Dad came down for a couple days of photographing San Francisco. It was a lot of fun and we took A LOT of pictures. Here is the best one. They look so noble gazing off into the future. More to follow.

The Bay Bridge

There is an elusive shot of the Bay Bridge that I am trying to get. It is from Treasure Island and positioned pretty much directly over the bridge and the west-bound lane of traffic with the city in the background. I have been unable to get it so far.

I hiked around on Yurba Buena Island a bit the other night looking for the path that everyone must take to get that picture, but feared arrest and didn't go any further. I did get this shot.

If anyone knows how to get the elusive shot...LET ME KNOW. Maybe the Coast Guard will take me up to get it.:)

If you're going...to San Francisco...

Well, I haven't posted in a bit. Yuli and I have been travelling and entertaining guests and moving to San Francisco. We finally got out on my birthday to take a few pictures.

Here they are.
